The season seems to be getting better with each week as we saw a few teams clinch playoff spots, while others put themselves in a good position for the stretch run. Let's look at some random observations.

Observations:

5 teams in the OK Conferences remain undefeated at 6-0 (Muskegon, West Catholic, Forest Hills Northern, Zeeland West, and Lowell).

After 0-2 start South Christian has won 4 straight. During the 4-game win streak the Sailors are averaging 39.8 points per game compared to 17.5 in their 2 losses.

Zeeland West scored 60 points and the Dux are now averaging 50.6 points per game.

Lowell has started 6-0 in 7 of the last 10 season.

West Ottawa (5-1, 2-0) trailed East Kentwood 21-6 in the 3rd quarter, but rallied and scored the go-ahead TD with less than a minute left to move into a tie at the top of the OK Red with Rockford (5-1, 2-0).

Kyle Toth's 1-yard TD with 2:35 left in the game lifted Hudsonville past Grand Haven and kept the Eagles from starting conference play 0-2.
