Martin's TD lifts Forest Hills Northern Past Greenville 44-36

Forest Hills Northern QB Jake Martin had a 37-yard TD run with 1:12 left in the 4th quarter to give FHN a 42-36 lead over Greenville. A safety with 32 seconds left sealed the deal for the undefeated Huskies (6-0). Martin was 15/24 for 265 yards and a TD. He added 138 rushings yards and 4 touchdowns. Eric Plate had a big night for Greenville with 234 yards rushing and 3 touchdowns.

Rockford tops Grandville 21-6

Grandville's Ben Sinclair had a 45-yard TD run in the 1st quarter to give Grandville a 6-0 lead, but Rockford scored a touchdown in each of the next three quarters in the 21-6 win. Jake Sendzik had 94 yards rushing and a TD for the Rams and QB Landen Haney threw a TD pass to Reid Martin. Ben Sinclair had 91 yards rushing for Grandville and a TD, while Noland Meekhof added 88 yards rushing.

East Grand Rapids shuts down Forest Hills Central 10-0

Noah Salasky hit a 22-yard field goal and Mikey Roth threw a 40-yard TD pass to Michael Clifford as the Pioneers beat Forest Hills Central at Fifth Third Ball Park. Michael Clifford had 3 receptions for 86 yards, including the 40-yard TD and Matt Solberg had 28 carries for 99 yards. Brendan Oosse had 2 sacks on the night, while Mason Banbury and Rusty Swanson each had one.

South Christian picks up 4th straight win

Geff Plasman had 2 rushing touchdowns, 1 receiving touchdown, and threw a TD in South Christian's win over Ottawa Hills. Plasman had 120 yards rushing on the night, while Jon Wassink was 11/18 for 126 yards and a TD.

Hopkins pushes past Calvin Christian 35-27

Hopkins scored a 35-yard touchdown with 6:07 left in the 4th quarter and held off Calvin Christian for the 35-27 win. Austin Heeres was 21/35 for 284 yards and 3 touchdowns for Calvin in the loss. He added 173 rushing yards and a TD. Troy DeGroot had 8 receptions for 160 yards and a TD for Calvin.
